Well, we've past the four month mark and everyone is still doing well. I haven't posted much because not much has been going on. No news is good news I guess. Some of Blake's latest developments:
- He's growing like crazy and was almost 17 lbs at his 4 month dr. appointment (75th percentile). He is wearing 6 to 9 month clothes, but 9 months actually fit better. I hate clearing out those things that he can't wear anymore but love shopping for new outfits.
- His personality is really beginning to develop. He is so funny, blowing bubbles and "talking" all the time. I'd give anything to know what he's trying to say (on second thought maybe I don't want to know).
- He is taking 4 to 6 ounces of formula every 3 to 4 hours. He also has some rice cereal before bed. Dr. Roberts said we could add in more cereal and begin trying to spoon feed it to him. We tried once but he just didn't know what to do with it so we'll try again soon.
- One of the best changes is that Blake is sleeping through the night. He has been doing this for a while but has recently been going to sleep earlier and staying asleep longer. Last night he went to sleep at 7:00 and slept until 6:00 this morning. Eleven hours! I don't even know what to do with myself when he goes to bed this early.
